Delete my data

You can ask us to delete all the data we have about you: assessment answers, contact details and WhatsApp, Instagram or Messenger conversations.

How to ask (either works):

Send DELETE MY DATA on WhatsApp, Instagram or Messenger, from the same account you used to message us.
Or email hola@nexacrece.com with the subject "Delete my data" and the number or username you contacted us from.

We confirm we received your request and delete your data within 30 days. We only keep what the law requires us to keep (for example, invoices), and we will tell you what that is.

If you used Facebook to connect with us, you can also remove access in Facebook: Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites.
